The 2GB 380 is way stronger than the 4GB 370. it wouldn't even be close. Graphics memory is not everything.

I actually prefer microATX builds. There is no REAL reason to have a huge PC.

The stock cooler is sufficient for stock speeds. An after market cpu cooler could be added at any time down the road if need be. You have selected a cpu that cannot be overclocked, and even if it could, overclocking is completely unnecessary and doesn't REALLY add any extra performance.

That psu is not good. You're spending too much on motherboard and the cpu cooler is unnecessary.

Why the micro atx? and only 2gb of dedicated graphics memory
also why not invest in a better cpu cooler. won't the cpu get hot if i decide to overclock someday

You're wasting money on the ram, the mb will just downclock it to 2133. Otherwise, fair build.

That's a really high estimate for those parts, you could do it for much less. And the reason to go skylake is that it is priced the same as last gen parts but is faster and provides a better upgrade path.
