Im thinking of upgrading to Windows 10. I just wanna know if I upgrade to Windows 10 will I get more fps ( frames per seconds). I usually play 20 to 40 and sometimes 50 fps, but when I record I get 20 to 33 fps and I want more fps. I use mirillis action but I won't give me a big fps drop though it still does. I am on an Hp stream 13 notebook pc my specs are Intel(R) Celeron CPU N2840 @2.16GHz 2.00 GB (1.89 GB usable) 64bit operating system x64 based processor Full windows touch support with 10 touch points (touchscreen)

Solution
No. Upgrading to windows 10 is not going to significantly, if at all, impact your frame rates or gaming performance. Any differences will be minimal.
Not sure what you comment has to do with the question. Stay on topic. Question was about gaming performance, not reporting telemetry. And privacy issues are a far cry from spyware. Let's not confuse the two. Besides which, installing Spybot Anti-beacon disables all the known reporting telemetry anyhow, so that's a moot point.

Your system is too slow to do what you want on, it's a low end laptop, not made for games. Software will not help you, aside from the optifine mod that lowers helps Minecraft run better on slow systems.
