pc wont go boot unless i got through bios

first of specs ive got an msi gaming 7 motherboard a gtx970 and i7 4790k cpu a samsung ssd (boot drive) and a 1tb hard drive . I have a problem that has just come on I havent changed anything but when I boot the computer it says cant find boot drive if I go through bios but don't change a thing it will load up fine I have tried moving usb acc like mouse and keyboard as I heard it might be that I also have the ssd set as priority boot drive any more ideas please as I'm at a loss
