DDR3 1333Mhz ram not running at right speed

so i've got 2 x 2 gb 1333mhz ram but they're running at 400mhz 400.2 = 800
so not running on the correct speed, how do i get it full ram speeds?

i've got a ASRock N68-VS3-UCC Motherboard
and an AMD Atlhon II X2 250 cpu

with your mobo as it seems ram defaults at 800mhz. . im not sure your cpu can run 1333mhz but should be able to run 1066mhz . there should be selectable speed options through bios.
