Best CPU, Cpu Cooler, GPU and Motherboard for ~~ 700$?
Current specs:
Intel Core i3 3210 3,2GHz
Nvidia GeForce GT220 1GB VRAM
Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 1x8GB
Asus P8Z77- V LX2
600W Chieftec PSU, not sure what model.
Mostly for programming and gaming at 1080p
Might spend a few more bucks

Solution
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus H170-PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($110.00 @ B&H)
Memory: Crucial 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($61.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 390X 8GB Double Dissipation Video Card ($339.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $701.97

You dont need a 3rd party cooler. You wont be overclocking.
Also, think about replaceing that PSU. Its very low quality.

A nice large 1440p monitor would be a great addition

Ok, thanks.
So should i get and GTX 970 instead because i think that 8GB VRAM is an overkill for gaming at 1080p.

eh its old. weve been using DDR3 for many years. Let it go to a good home with warm soup and a game of bingo (ebay)
The DDR4 should last many years & builds, just as DDR3 did.

its only $30 for 8gb ddr4 $30 saving for an old gen CPU and mobo chipset? no way jose
