Please help me! Where is the "Use high-performance GPU" option?

I have tried everything .. i searched every where !!
i do not have this setting on my desktop "Nvidia-- control panel-- manage 3d setting--((Use high-performance GPU drop down list is not found))" i can't activate this option !! i really hope someone has a solution for this!

pc aspects are

windows 7 64
core2due 2.66
ram 4 giga
gtx 560 1 giga

This is an option only on certain laptops which use the intel HD graphics for primary graphics and have an NVidia mobile graphics card for 3D acceleration. I don't think your setup is using mobile graphics.

I don't believe there is one, just plug in your GPU to your monitor. If you are getting lag in a game, and someone told you to "use a high-performance GPU", then they mean you should buy a new computer or upgrade your GPU by buying a new one (that is better). A GTX 590 should also be compatible with your PCI slot.
