New PC Build - Thoughts?

The CPU cooler, HDD, case, and OS included in the list I already have. I also already have a keyboard, mouse, speakers, and monitor (1920x1080 resolution).

Any compatibility issues or other suggestions?

Your Video Card, Memory and Power Supply are the week points of this design.
For 4-5 years out you will need a better Power Supply and at least 16GB of Memory.
As for the video card, its entry level but its up to you on whether you need a better one.

Any suggestions for the power supply? Also, any advice on the motherboard (looking for one around $100-150)?

Regarding memory, I can always add on more when I need to. When I say 4-5 years, I'm talking about having parts that don't need to be REPLACED for that period of time.

I think I'll actually end up getting a GTX 970, but I wanted to make sure that the one I have currently would at least be compatible with everything else for a short period.
