Hi guys i recently traded my laptop for a desktop PC. the PC has relatively low specs apart from the processor and can run old games such as guild wars in high settings and with 60 fps. I'm looking to upgrade so that i can play DayZ and only DayZ. It doesn't matter whether i can run other games i just want it to run DayZ in relatively good fps and hopefully medium settings if possible. I've looked whether i can run the game on "can i run it" and my GPU lacks on bot minimum and recommended. Keep in mind that it is a low profile case, here are my specs guys.

PSU: AcBel PC7067 250W

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro

System Model: Studio Slim 540s

Processor: Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz

RAM: 4096MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

GPU: ATI HD 3470

Any additional information needed please ask and i will provide. Thanks in advance!!

(And i don't mind if i have the side panel of and parts bulging out)

DayZ the mod for arma II, was a nightmare to run DayZ standalone, not so sure.

You CPU is not good I'm sorry to say, you need a new PSU, mobo, ram, CPU, Case (a slim case will not take a decent card), GPU.

You can get a low profile NVidia 750ti, but you need more power.

You might get away with just the above on dayz the mod, as actually the servers have a lot to do with the fps. So don't hold your hopes up too high.
