I have a codegen 500w psu and I am thinking about buying a MSI R9 380 4GB GPU. Is the psu enough for that ?

Hello as I said above I have a codegen 500w PSU, I've read that it's not the greatest. What I want to know is if I may have trouble with it if I use a R9 380 4GB gpu with it. ATM I only plan on buying the gpu, either way I will buy a new psu and more RAM down the line. I am not interested in overclocking my system at all. My build with the gpu will be:
Gigabyte H61M-S2PV Motherboard
MSI R9 380 4GB GPU
I5-3450 Processor
4gb of ram
Windows 10

Don't risk it, they are not good ones , Old units. On top of that,you don't have required connectors for R9 380 and amps on 12v rail.

Go with a quality 550W Power Supply.

It's really bad. You should change it before getting a new GPU.
