Will a Mini-Tower case fit everything a Mid-Tower case fits?

Things such as a full size PSU, RAM with heat spreaders? Just want to make sure because the case isn't on PCPartPicker, so I can't see compatibility check... I would be using stock Intel heatsink, so that shouldn't be an issue. Will this be okay?

yes it will be fine. The case will support up to a 160mm height CPU cooler, the stock one is way under that.

I see no reason it shouldn't work. You might need to do some good cable management, but that's true of most smaller cases.
