So for a while now my pc has just been restarting with no blue screen or message and reboots. I have tried switching the ram slots and it didn't change anything. This is very annoying so please help!

Weird... the random shut downs could mean that the PSU (for some reason) is unable to power all the components. It could be faulty or on the verge of shutting down completely. In some cases, the GPU could be at fault as well. Can you try to run your system with integrated graphics and see what happens? If the restarts persist, you might have a faulty PSU. If they don't, your card is faulty.

In what circumstance your pc is rebooting ? like when you are playing a game (please specify the game), doing a spreadsheet etc..; and after how much time on ? like 15 minutes after it is on, 1 hour ...

The restart can happen randomly from gaming or even when i am rebooting after it restarts. The time varies of how long it was on and I just pray that it stays on.

It seems that your windows has something wrong ... we may confirm it if you turn your PC on and go to BIOS instead of load windows, and stay at BIOS screen for a while, if your PC doesn't boot from there it will confirm that your windows has something wrong, maybe a virus or a bad driver.
After that, I would suggest to initialize your windows in safe mode or Last Known good configuration (better):
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-last-known-good-configuration#1TC=windows-7

If you can load the Last Known Good configuration and the PC keeps on, a driver or else was bad. If after the Last Known Good configuration your PC restarts, it may be a virus.
