Will a SATA III SSD work on a SATA 6 gb/s motherboard? I'm considering buying this SSD:
http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Ultra-2-5-Inch-Height-SDSSDHII-240G-G25/dp/B00M8ABEIM/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
and I'm wondering if it is compatible.

Yes. Whats wrong with the Samsung Evo they make great SSD's.
