That is a pretty decent build and when you get to that level of performance, it is always hard to say whether it is worth the money really, as you are close to or at the cutting edge. The only suggestion is to go with a big air cooler rather than the water cooler, something like the noctua NH-D15 if you can as it cools just as well and is much quieter as well.
