Hello,
I was wondering if this motherboard is good quality and if it will work well with my build. I do not have much experience with building computers, but I have done a lot of research. I know that the motherboard is compatible with the build, I just want to make sure it will work well and is good quality.
Here is the motherboard:

and here is the build:

Solution
That motherboard should be just fine for the job. I would make 2 changes with your build;
1. Try and find the cryorig H7 as it is a better cooler than the 212 EVO and isn't much more expensive either.
2. Get a better SSD than the V300, as they are not much faster than a mechanical hard drive, I would suggest a 250GB 850 EVO or 250GB BX100 (if you can find it)

Thanks! I have one more question. Is it worth it to play games at 1440p? I could cut the price of my build down $200-$300 if I played at 1080p and I was wondering if it is worth the extra cost. Thanks for your help!

That is one of those things which depends on the person, I personally game at 1080p, as my laptop can't do better than that, but 1440p gives you a better visual experience thanks to the extra pixels. SO really it depends on whether you want to spend the extra money on the build or not.
