Is there a way that I can set a youtube video to begin uploading at a certain time?

Okay I can't seem to find any answers to this question anywhere so I hope you can help me. I know you can schedule a time that a video goes up but my question is can I schedule a time that I begin an upload? I have slower internet so when I upload it slows down everybody else's internet in my house. I need to begin my uploads at 2AM or 3AM when everybody in my house is asleep but I don't want to stay up that late. So basicly is there some way I can schedule a time to begin an upload on youtube?

There might be some software out there that might allow this, but I don't know of anything.

Next option (modem/router dependant), is to apply an upload limit to your computers IP address before you sleep, and schedule it to remove the limit at the desired time.
Other QoS settings might help too, but this gives you the best control.
Not all modems or router have this ability.
