The title says it all.Specs-i5-750@2.66, 8gb 1333mhz ram, gtx 960, 450 watt psu,1tb caviar green hdd, dell mobo

Yes, it is. Just put the drive in, remove the 1tb, and reinstall windows. After that put in the old drive and delete the boot partition from that hdd
