USB Headset wont work on front two usb ports

So today my razer Kraken played up and wouldn't power up on my PC, specifically the front two usb ports, however when I plug my iphone into the same ports it seems to work. The headset only works in the back ports.

We could use additional information in the form of your full system's specs inclusive of your OS. It help us most if we also knew what chassis yo have to work with. It may be highly possible that the front panel USB ports have been rendered useless due to a malfunction or poor QC on the cases manufacturers part. You can rule out your front USB connectors by using a similar USB communication device i.e a keyboard and/or mouse and see if they are acting up.

In the meantime, please make sure your BIOS and device drivers are up to date alongside your headset drivers (namely the Razer Synapse app).
