1 Graphic card 2 User with Intel Virtualization CPU, Is it possible?

Hello I have GTX 960 and 4790K i want to make my computer able to run 2 user at the same time through 2 monitor is it possible?

Here are my system spec

4790K
16GB RAM
Z97 Mainboard
GTX 960 4GB
SSD 120GB
HDD 1TB
750W Power Supply

To run Windows/desktop apps yes it will work, but if you're trying to have both users game then no, you would need independent GPU's for each. There is a lot more to doing this as well. Here is an article from Puget Systems describing how they build a multi-headed gaming system:

Yeah you can set up multi users to be able to run like excel and normal windows apps with the same GPU.
