Hey!

I just bought all the parts for my first pc build. Yesterday I putt everything together. The first time the pc booted just fine, after shutting it down to clean up the cables I tried to restart it again. Then to computer seemed to start but the monitor said 'no signal'.

After this I started searching the internet for a solution, switched out my RAM slots, booted with just in one RAM in slot. Taking out the GPU and starting it. I looked at my CPU for any bend pins (found nothing). Cleared the CMOS, switch screens and probably some more.

After doing all this, it just started working again. The computer booted, by first restarting(by itself), and my monitor displayed as it should do, I entered the bios to change my boot disk(alls storage devices where detected), but then out of the sudden my monitor again displayed 'no signal'. Also my keyboard wasn't functional anymore, caps lock etc.

So let my computer rest for about 30 min then tried it again. I got as far as almost installing Windows before it stared again.
My back fan and top fan are spinning, my GPU starts spinning but stops spinning after a while. I don't know if it will stop when the monitor has signal though..

If anyone has any clue to what this might be I would be grateful :)

Tomorrow(Tuesday) I will be able to test any suggestions.

My build:
CPU: I5 6600k
CPU Cooler: CooMaster Hyper212 Evo
GPU: MSI GTX980 TI
Case:NZXT S340
MOBO: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING
RAM: 2 * 4GB Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250GB
PSU: be quiet! STRAIGHT POWER10 700W

Solution
Ok so basically if you have another power supply , try that . It's probably not the power supply but switch out the gpu and see if it displays no signal

So I basicly fiddeld and searched the internet some more and got it werking!

Either the two reset pins where connected. (Found this out becuase I had to clear the cmos before I could start my computer) or there was something wrong in the BIOS. I reverted it back to the default settings.

Thanks for the help though!
