So, I'm actually in a tight budget here of $400 (or 6000 Rand in my country)

Is this pc worth it?
http://www.c2kit.co.za/product/refurbished-lenovo-m82-gaming-rig/

Will it be able to play GTA5?
is it upgradable?
AND WILL IT BE ACCEPTABLE IN 3D ANIMATION? (BLENDER-Cycles)

Also If you have any other suggestions please let me know.

Solution
horrible psu, you are throwing away your money.
1) you cannot play the newest games on low maybe minium(except minecraft csgo league).
2) this pc will become incredibly slow after 1 year.
3) push it too hard and your psuwill say boom

Sorry man with no graphics card you really won't be doing any real AAA gaming. Maybe at 720p and turn down the settings you can. But at that point the games won't look attractive. My best advice would to be save up money and buy something when you have more money.
