Hello, I am wondering how would I back up all the data on my SSD(SAMSUNG 850 EVO 120GB) to another empty hard drive on my PC encase something goes wrong with the SSD. How would I go about doing that? I tried using the Windows 10 backup feature but it would only do certain folders and not the hole drive.

The default Windows 10 backup only concerns itself with your files (not programs or windows itself) so things like videos, music, etc. The nice thing about it is it's on near real time so you can set it to constantly backup every hour so the chances of you losing some important file with it is running is nice and low. They really should rename it Document Backup as that is more accurate for what it actually does.
Is this your C drive? If so you can still do a full system image by going into the advanced settings, located on the bottom of the default W10 backup page.

Macrium Reflect
My system runs this every night at 2AM to image the C drive to another drive.
Once a week to image to a whole other PC.
