Hello, I have a budget of $800AU - I want to spend $750-$800 no higher.
I prefer an Intel build, but if AMD will perform better for the price I'm OK with it.
I want to be able to run mainly DayZ Standalone with a stabe framerate, along with other games such as Rust, The Culling and CS:GO.

- The only stores I can buy/order from are UMART.com.au and GameDude.com.au
- I do NOT need a Monitor or OS

Thanks!

With that budget, you cannot be very picky. ESPECIALLY with those two retailers. Typically, stay far away from Seagate for HDDS, but it is the only option given those retailers. Also, GameDude's site isn't working...

@OP

Added GTX 960 as it is not very much pricey compared to gtx 950,still fan is single but will do.

I3 skylake will be good, mobo is fine aswell.
If you could get a 16gb ram from your nearby store, that'd be good instead of 8.

Antec VP 500 is plenty for gtx 960, case is a solid build quality one from corsair,

No. You really don't. I wouldn't have said anything if there was nothing wrong...

"The only stores I can buy/order from are UMART.com.au and GameDude.com.au"-straight from OP.

He could find most those parts i have selected in his listed stores.Duh.
I3 6100 with a good board which is most important can be found in australia easily.
If some of the parts aren't available in those stores doesn't mean they aren't available anywhere in australia, i just picked out best parts for his budget that are available in stores in his country, rest everything has to be done by OP

First off, its normally the REVERSE OF THAT. Also, wouldn't it be SO MUCH EASIER if he could just order online the parts we selected to AVOID ANY INCOMPATABILITIES? What if that part just flat out isn't available? Geez, you are one of the most stupid and stubborn people I have ever seen on here.

A good way to talk and wasting my time.

It's so much easier to find a couple of parts that are not listed by a few retailers online in aus, many other has them already including newegg which doesn't charge extra and ships all over aus. Most importantly they are best for that budget.

I3 6100 is sold by UMART.

ASUS H110M-A is also available at UMART.

Memory can be picked up from newegg. They ship all over aus.

WD HDD isn't available at UMART,doesn't mean not available at any nearby stores, if wd blue is IMPOSSIBLE to get in australia which is quire rare, seagate HDD is also good, i have a couple of them still going great.

What else? computer case? that's a solid build quality case from corsair, OP can buy from other store if it is hard to find the case, case isn't very important as a CPU, he can get a decent case anywhere.

Anything else?

Hey, just wanted to know how good that processor is in comparison to an Intel.
Will this build allow me to record for personal videos with friends without much frame loss? (I'm not planning on becoming a youtuber or anything, just casual videos to share with friends/communities in my game servers)
Is it worth getting a small SSD (120GB) to put either my OS or Games on it? (friend recommended)

I requested the 2 stores because I have had trouble finding compatible parts with different sites.
Also I am unable to pay any delivery, these 2 stores are in my area and I can easily pick them up.

I have no experience with custom PCs, that's why I came to this site.

What i3 do you mean? If there is an equal processor that's an Intel I'm happy with that.
