My Monitor is randomly losing signal from PC when under heavy load
I assumed to begin with that this was a card issue and RMA'ed my GPU, got the GPU back yesterday and still have the issue so I think its time to ask for help
I have ran Realbench,Cina-bench and valley benchmark 1.0. The setup passed through both the Cina-bench and Realbench tests but failed the Valley benchmark. I can provided those scores if necessary, I have been monitoring my CPU and GPU temps and they all seem normal enough. The PC has has this issue mainly while playing Ark: Survival Evolved but its also happened while playing LoL and Wow, but much less frequently which may mean its an issue with ARK as the game is still being developed. Have tried creating a custom fan profile through ASUSGPUTweakII which initially seemed like it helped but The monitor cut off again after about 2 hours of game time. Not sure where to go from here, setup is only about two months old.

Well no, if you know your PC is running and you can talk to people over skype, then the problem is not in the PSU. If that is the case what I would do is:
First test with a different cable (if you are using a VGA, just a different VGA)
Second test with a different port (if you are using VGA use DVI or DP or HDMI whatever you have access to)
Third use on a different port of the GPU
Depending on the outcome you can determine if it's a cable problem, a gpu port, a monitor port problem or a monitor problem itself.

The problem is most likely with your PSU not oyur monitor or GPU. Once your GPU hits higher loads it starts drawing more power, thus your PC shuts down or BSODs to prevent damage. You need a new PSU, I would suggest getting the Evga Supernova G2 550W. It will handle what you are dealing with right now, but if you continue like this you will probably damage your computer.

You think the PSU is the issue even if i can hold a skype call or continue to hear audio after it black screens?
