This is probably just me being an antsy person while waiting for my pc components, but i ordered some components off their website. This was 5 days ago (4 days not including sunday). Microcenter has still yet to send me a confirmation email of it being shipped and they told me that it is "processing". All of the other websites that i ordered other components have already shipped.
Newegg has already arrived, amazon arrives tommorrow, and outletpc comes Thursday. :c and yet microcenter has yet to put a label on my beautiful pc parts and even begin to ship it to me.
what are your experiences with their shipping and processing? i feel like if its not shipped by tommorrow im going to pull my order and not give them my business. :c

ALSO in the confirmation email (which i got after i placed the order) Microcenter said they would most likely have it shipped by the 12th.

What do you guys think?????

Ive heard good things about them but not much about there online stores. Never even seen a store since they dont even have a location in my state. I guess Ill stick with it but not sure if i would order from them again.

I've worked at Microcenter, and I frequent it still. It is not only a trustworthy site, but a family owned, privately owned business that I am happy to give my money to. I would venture a phone call in the morning could prove very useful, I'm sure they will be glad to assist.

Call Microcenter and ask?

Newegg, Amazon and OutletPC are online-only vendors who fulfill orders directly from their huge warehouses. Microcenter on the other hand is a network of brick-and-mortar shops which warehouse some of their stuff but rely on distributors for the rest. I would not be surprised if your order was being held back because the Microcenter processing your order is waiting for parts from an upstream supplier or possibly another Microcenter before shipping your order.

I do not know how Microcenter works but when I tried ordering a non-stock part at my local franchise computer shop, I was told the part should arrive from the supplier in 2-3 weeks typical. Two months later, there was still no ETA from the supplier and I got a refund on my deposit.
