AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-1866C9D-16GXM

EVGA SuperNOVA 1050 GS 80+ GOLD, 1050W ECO Mode Fully Modular NVIDIA SLI and Crossfire Ready 7 Year Warranty Power Supply 220-GS-1050-V1

Along with a Corsair Hydro Series H90 140 mm High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

after looking over some stuff online they mentioned taking stuff out. So i took out my ram cards and i got the beeps saying it cantfind any memory. I put the cards back in and its doing the same thing,

Solution
ok i got it all figured out now ive got the OS installed and everythings updating now. The memory issue was simply i had one of hte cards in wrong. as for the power issue earlier. i dont really know exactly it just started working again. If i had to guess its because it was plugged in for the first time ever and the power supply needed to charge up a bit more? Anyway thanks for the help guys!

Yes depending where you have your copy of windows (usb , dvd etc) If its a dvd put it and restart the pc from there the installation should come up. If USB , in the bios select boot from device and pick usb
