Will this PSU and GPU combo work with my Mobo?

Hi,

I'm relatively inexperienced with this stuff, and unfortunately I don't have the model number for my motherboard. I'm looking to get a new GPU (GTX 750Ti low-profile), but I expect I need to upgrade my PSU, and I'm not sure whether my motherboard will support the PSU I need.
I bought my computer pre-built; and it was called the Lenovo ThinkCenter M82.

Current Setup

CPU: i7-3770 3.4 GHz
GPU: GTX 630 2GB (Zotac) DDR3
PSU: 280W (FSP Group Inc; model #FSP280-40PA)
RAM: 12GB

Intended Setup:

CPU: unchanged
GPU: GTX 750Ti Low-profile (Zotac) DDR5
PSU: 400W (Cougar SL400; item #N82E16817553017)
RAM: unchanged

I was hoping to post a picture of the inside of my case; but I can't find how to do so. my current PSU is connected to the board with a 4 pin connector, and I don't have more than 4 slots on the board for a PSU to connect to.

As for size, I can't get a GPU much bigger than the one I have, because of the limited size of the case. The PSU in question is nearly the same size as my current, so it should fit fine in the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That PSU you linked requires the same connection as the one I have and the one I listed, right? (i.e my board will support it?)

Darn, I got those things and it seems my motherboard doesn't support that PSU, and the video card doesn't fit very well (doesn't line up properly when inserted as far as it will go). Maybe my board is the issue? I've got a "Lenovo 3302B3U".
