That board supports up to 8GB of RAM, but only has two memory slots, so you would need to replace both your current 2GB modules with two new 4GB modules. Also, if you have a 32 bit version of windows, you'll only ever be able to use about 3.5GB of RAM. You need a 64 bit version to use more than that.

For the graphics card, a GTX 960, GTX 760, R9 280x, R9 380 or HD 7970 would be the highest end GPUs I would probably recommend for use with that CPU. Lower end cards like the GTX 750 TI, GTX 950, R9 280 or R9 370 would be ok too, but will offer lower performance than the first five cards I listed.

Keep in mind, your power supply might be the determining factor regarding what GPU card to go with, as your current model may not have enough...
What is the model number of your motherboard? Most likely the answer is yes, you can upgrade the RAM to 8GB, but depending on the model of your board it may mean that you need to buy the full 8GB if your board is limited to two RAM slots. Knowing the board model, which should be printed on the board, is the only way to really know for sure.

As for a graphics card, that depends on your budget. How much can you invest in a card?

Keep in mind, your power supply might be the determining factor regarding what GPU card to go with, as your current model may not have enough capacity or the proper power connections depending on the card model. Knowing your PSU model would be helpful. It also may be that your current power supply simply isn't suitable for use with ANY discreet graphics card, but again, we'd need to know what you have to determine that.
