So, just updated my desktop, and I'm seeing errors with the new config. Seeing how the card is shutting down after usage picks up I figure it is a power issue. Especially coupled with the power hungry FX-9590. But I am running a Corsair AX 860 and all the calculators I've used say I'm still a ways under (760 at max).

I ran the R9 fury x for about a week on my old board while I was waiting for the new chip & board to come in. It never ran great (and crashed some titles) but I figured it was a problem with my old SSD (which has been replaced) and the crimson drivers, which I have read people have had some trouble with. In that time, i was able to take some screenshots of some degradation, so this might be indicative of something?:

Seems the more intensive game I play the quicker the card shuts down. Although i was able to boot and play CS:GO for about 15 minutes(didnt crash, exited by user) which is much longer than fallout 4 or xcom will give me(1-2 minutes). Also, after the card shuts down I still hear audio, but Not sure if it's responsive since I couldn't hear myself alt+tabbing or clicking around after the screens die.

EDIT: I have already tried an old card, but it was an 6950 so power draw isnt really comparable. I have also tried another PCI slot and still seeing the same issue.
