Is the cooler master 830 SE with or without fanfilters?

Upon going through the product support page, here, the unit doesn't come with fan filters. IMHO since the case is aged for the sort of hardware you may want to populate it with(current gen Intel Skylake or AMD APU build) the case would do more harm than good especially since you have better thought out and designed cases for the same amount and are capable of performing better temps wise.

If ATX you can look into the NZXT S340 and if mATX you can look into Coolermaster's N200 - a couple of suggestions though.
