I just got a gtx 460 from a friend. This is my first time changing anything in a PC, so I watched quite a few videos on building PCs just so I don't destroy anything. Anyways there was already a 8400 GS inside and I pulled it out after unscrewing it and the, what I describe as, a little guard that makes the screws unreachable. It came out very easily I just had to hold a little button on the side of the PCI slot. This new card won't fit. I manage to push in the back part(the little guard that is supposed to go under the button I previously mentioned) but the front(the part closest to the back of the case) won't go down in. So the card just sits there kind of slanted preventing me from screwing it in as well. It just makes me VERY confused as the "connectors" to the PCI-e slot is exactly the same as the one on the 8400 GS.
Most of the threads I already checked out mention moving the motherboard a little, but I tried putting the 8400 GS back in and it slides in perfectly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I would be very disappointed if I have to contact the person on ebay to try and get him to take back the GTX 460.
Here are some pictures:

The GTX 460 in the slot, you can see the little gold notches poke out at the front:
Here are some pictures showing the offset from the screw holes.
SOLVED: I was freaking out, but in reality I didn't have a cable to check if the card is not actually seated. Upon further inspection I also noticed that the IO plate of the 8400 GS was actually bent quite bad. It is the problem with the case. Thank you for your quick answers.
