Should I get Sony Movie Studio 13 for Youtube.

So I've been using Windows Live Movie Maker, and it's been making my audio quieter. And this can cause issues when watching. I've heard of Sony Vegas being widely used, but I don't have $350-$500 on an editing program. But I've heard of Sony Movie Studio 13, but I need certain things.
Does anyone know if Movie Studio 13 has PiP (watch a M3rkMus1c video to understand), and to zoom in on a certain part of the video?
I apologize if this is in the wrong category.

I have Movie Studio 10 and as far as I know you can do both (by PiP you mean a video running main with a second video in a box or whatever on the same screen), and zooming yes you can do too. Its an extremely powerful suite, destroys movie maker

Thank you, also, is there a limit to how many sound effects you can add?

Not that I know of. I would doubt it, its basically the same program as the more expensive versions, just with some features cut back.
