i have a budget of 500-600 euro.
i want a gaming PC that can play witcher 3 on high and can play future games on good quality.

I would say the same but seeing as a GTX 970 is another €130, that's stretching his budget a little, unless he was able to sell his current system, which on e-bay I would value at around €180 at least.
