My computer has:
Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 Ghz 4 cores
8 GB RAM
AMD Radeon R9 270X, if I remember right, has 2 GB memory
Intel HD Graphics 4600
1-2 Mbps internet speed
New 1920x1080 60Hz monitor
Windows 7 64 bit
And the problem is that Borderlands 2 with lowest graphic settings, windowed 1024x768 only reaches 60 FPS when outside combat.
Dark Souls with DSFix stays around 18 FPS, 15 FPS when without DSFix, because of that silly FPS lock...
I don't it's normal.

UPDATE:
I have uninstalled AMD drivers and out of curiosity tried playing Borderlands 2
It was just like before uninstalling!
My dedicated graphics card never really worked?
