Hello,

A long time ago i spilled ice tea on my keyboard, and my keys were sticking after that, and now after a waayy too long time i finally adress the problem, so i read that i can dip my keyboard in 60 degree water to get rid of the sugar, dry it and then use it again after a day of drying.
I have a logitech classic 200 keyboard and only the numbad and arrow keys are sticky, so could i dip it in the hot water without those keys on there without damaging it? should i even get the keys of or just put it in a bowl normally

Kind regards,
Pim

For many keyboards, folks run them through the dishwasher (no detergents obv)...but that seems a little harsh for me. Have you removed the keycaps and tried cleaning the board with a damp cloth? I'd try that, and then a submerged method if all else fails.

Personally, I'd give it more than a day to dry...unless you have something to actively draw out moisture. GL Mate.
