Ethernet Cable doesn't work??

About 2 days ago my Ethernet Cable stopped working, it was working fine but then it just stopped. No light shows up when I plug it in, I did buy a new cable and it still doesn't work?

You plugged it in into another switch port of course, no joy.

So unless this is a public PC and somebody intentionally DISABLE the NIC, I say you need a new NIC.
