Cheap mobo for i5 4460 / Asus strix 970 build.

Due to budget limitations I am having to settle for a i5 4460, instead of my preferred 4690k choice. This means I am looking for the best cheap option for a motherboard that will still house a Asus Strix GTX 970 gpu.

I have looked into Asus H81M-plus as an option.
Any advice is appreciated.

I was looking at the H81 series because I was quite a bit over budget and was trying to cut corners where possible without affecting performance. The H97 chips are pretty much the same price as Z97's so I don't see those as an option.

Are there any B85 or H81 chipset board you could recommend? Around the £40-£50 mark?

I understand that it may only seem like £20 ($30) more, but when i'm already squeezing pennies in my budget, it makes a big difference.

Looking at an MSI b85m-E45 right now for £50. Seems to have all the ports I would need (even has 4 RAM slots)
