Will the Noctua NH-D14 fit with my P8Z77-V MoBo and Kingston HyperX RAM?

1) The cooler is compatible with your MB. http://noctua.at/en/support/compatibility-lists.html?socket
2) For the RAM, if your RAM is the HyperX FURY, and they do too, because the RAM high is 32.8mm ( check the datasheet in kingston site) , and the space under the fan( the cooler) is 44mm.
But if the RAM is like HyperX Beast, then you have to move the fan up a little bit, like this, then they will fit.
