Recently I set up my build with a H55 thinking it would be quiet.
CPU is idling well at around 26-28 C, and under stress test wont pass 70C
but my question is why am I getting this weird buzz sound to it?
Could it be the position its in?
Or because its plugged into a pin CPUFAN header and running at 100%?

MSI Gaming 5 Z97
Corsair H55
Corsair CX750M
Intel i7 4790k
16 gb of Corsair vengeance 1600
xfx r9 270x 2gb

note: for the video the audio is only coming from the cpu cooler and radiator fan, all other case fans, HDD and video cards are unplugged
