Can I get around 40 FPS in every game in low/med settings with Zotac 750ti ?

Can I get around 30 FPS in every game with low/medium settings? Like GTA V, Witcher 3,Mad Max, AC Unity,Syndicate.

I don't mind playing at the lowest preset. Resolution : 720p

The games he listed are all very demanding, and "playable" is really up to interpretation so hard to compare to your friends setup with unknown games.

His CPU isn't the best though, and he should look carefully at what games he wishes to play. Some will NOT do well with his dual-core (no HT).

I'd probably avoid AC Unity right off the bat. W3 looks doable.

You will be able to get 25-35 fps in those games you have listed above with a mix of mid ,low and high settings at 720p.Your GPU is just fine but I suggest you to upgrade your CPU asap..

The i3 3220 will give you very little performance boost you should rather go with i3 4150 since its price difference is not too much and it will work far better than i3 3220.
Also the combination of gtx 750ti and i3 4150 is amazing.
