‘Write cache’ performance impact on SSD.

I am wondering do any one have a real benchmark on SSD with 'write cache' enabled and disabled. Are there any SSD with NO internal buffer/cache mechanism (write cache enabled / disabled will not make any impact). Do the write cache enabling impact the write / overall performance of system heavily ?

Solution
Cache makes a huge difference, but it also depends on the rest of the SSD.

For example, some SSD's use slower TLC but may have a large buffer of faster SLC to offset this. Under sustained usage the buffer may fill up and performance may plummet but for normal usage it may be a worthwhile value tradeoff.

As for enable vs disable, I don't think non-engineers have access to this. It should be all internal to the SSD.

OH, and..
No internal buffer/cache?

I doubt it.
