Hey. I was just vacuum cleaning my pc and was gonna remove the cpu fan and the cpu itself was Kinda stuck to the bortom of the fan
So i putted it back and turned my pc on. But now all of sudden my gpu fans were not starting to spin and my monitors are all black. The cpu fan is however spinning and all other components are lighting up and Making sounds so i know They are working.

What should i do? I dont have any other gpu to test. Also i checked cpu again to make sure no pins are bent but everything looks good and corners are lined up on cpu and Motherboard.

No components were changed just the cpu was "taken" out and got putted back in.

I have a AMD fx-6300 3.5ghz cpu. Dont remember the name of graphics card. 750W psu and it all works 10 minutes ago so psu can handle it.

Anyways i think the gpu is a Gigabyte radeon 770 or something with 4GB memory.

Solution
If you never removed the CPU from the bottom of the heat sink before you reinstalled both, but instead reinstalled them as a pair, it's entirely possible the CPU never fully reseated into the socket. Ensure it's been correctly reinstalled before assuming anything is damaged.
The CPU could have been damaged if it was removed without releasing the tension on the pins via the lever on the socket. I highly recommend removing the CPU's heat sink and fan (correctly this time), then removing and verifying you haven't broken a pin off, and carefully reinstalling the CPU.

And you lifted the cpu fan and it ripped the cpu out? You probably damaged it. Not sure why you would do that? The cpu cooler is stuck to the surface of the cpu from the thermal compound and thats why it was "stuck". Its also clipped onto the motherboard. Chances are you damaged the cpu not the gpu. Although using a vacuum inside a case is a very bad idea so you could have zapped the video card too.

I unplugged all cables and was in the process of unplugging the cpu fan to try and vacuum clean the fan itself but i didnt know the cpu was stuck on the bottom of the fan So i putted it back instantly. Also I pressed the start up Button a few times before i started cleaning to make sure there was no current left in the pc. Could the gpu still be shocked or cpu broken even If pins are untouched?

Yes its called static electricity which probably popped your cpu. Vacuums and computer never mix. And yes if the lock was down (which it would have been) on the cpu and you yanked it out its about 98% possible you damaged your cpu. Best thing to do is 1 re apply new thermal paste AFTER you've cleaned off the old stuff with isopropyl alcohol then get a different gpu and try it. If it turns on and you can get to windows you know the gpu only is fried. If still nothing then you damaged the cpu and will need a new one.

Alright. Well i pulled the lever and lifted up the fan with the cpu "glued" to the bottom of it. And i checked again and the cpu pins are perfectly fine so problem should be that i zapped it or something when i cleaned the pc.

I plugged in an older graphics card and its starting and fans are spinning but still nothing on monitor coming up. Just "no video entering sleep mode" so the gpu is not the problem now.

Nevermind guys, I feel so stupid right now. I checked the cpu again and there was a small thin lever underneath the fan to make sure the cpu was placed correctly. I of course didn't check this and just placed it right there expecting it to work without pulling the lever, I only pulled the lever to the cpu fan no the smaller one for the cpu.

I am now responding from my pc and this problem is fixed, thanks everyone!
