The Specs of my PC:
OS: Windows 8.1 Single Language with Bing
CPU: Intel Core i3 4150 CPU @ 3.50 Ghz
Installed Memory (RAM): 8GB DDR3 RAM
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 210 512mb with 589 Mhz Clock Speed (I can upgrade if needed)
HDD: 379 GB Free Space

Please tell me, that whether I can play these 2 games even on the lowest settings with at least 30 FPS.
If I need to upgrade my GPU, then please specify one that I can get for playing these 2 games with a cost price between: $75 - $120.

Thanks in advance!

Update: A video card with price <$75 would also do. Its not necessary to get a costlier one. It should just be able to play these games at any settings with 30 FPS at least. :p

Yeah so it's a slim model, thankfully they do make 750tis in lowprofile modes.

Yes, this should allow you to play those games at lower settings with 30+fps at least:

Similar build with benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/wxccCJ

Also, is your computer a small form factor pc? like is it only 4-5 inches thick? That changes things somewhat.

For Bicycle_repair_man:
How to check the make and model of my Psu?

For James Mason:
My Cpu is a Lenovo H3050, I am not able to post a picture here so can you please check it on Google and tell my that will 750ti support my pc? Thanks!

And will the FPS drop below 30 if I increase the graphics?

Thanks!

Take a look at the label on the PSU and let us know how many amps it produces on the +12V rail(s). Here's an example:

I opened the Cpu and it was pretty much easy to figure out that the power supply was stamped there as 350 watts. Would the 750ti work with that much power or should I consider buying a power supply unit for better performance?

For James Mason:
The second one, it's the exact same model.

For Bicycle_repair_man:
Under the +12 rail, it's written 38A and below it it is written 400W? I still don't have an idea of what this all is really. Will it work?

The GTX 750 Ti is a wonderful card, I had it myself. You can play almost (if not any) game at a resolution of 1920*1080 pixels. Tomb Raider from 2013 can be played with it at medium to some high (between low-medium-high-ultra) settings and you would get 40-60 fps.

That card only requires only a generic 300 W psu, from official site:
Another website recommends at least 350 W, maybe because there are some overclocked versions and for a bit room to overclock yourself:

Edit: Forgot to post benchmark
This site shows GTA V with high settings at 1080p resolution, the GTX 750 Ti is able to get 52 fps (with some drops to 40 fps). But in this test the machine was much better than yours with a faster cpu and more cores.

So would a low profile 750ti support my pc for playing GTA 5 and Watch dogs? Please also specify the best settings of graphics I could play on to get at least 30 FPS.

High preset in watchdogs, maybe medium (or higher) in GTAV. at least, you'll have to gt the games up and running and play with the settings in both games, as they're settings aren't very optimized and have a lot of junk that needlessly taxes the GPU but doesn't provide a worthwhile experience increase.

@Shobhit_1
If you install Nvidia Geforce Experience software (comes with driver), then there is a feature to select automatically best settings for your system. But only for supported games, like GTA V. I would recommend this as first step.
