Which Gpu should I buy?

Solution
R7 260X has some performance edge over GTX 750Ti although GTX 750Ti has lower TDP and also doesn't require an external 6-pin connector, which 260X does. Also I would get the 2GB variant if I were you since newer games tends to use more VRAM. Here's a comparison:

I actually own Sapphire Radeon R7 260X OC 2GB Edition, so I can give you an idea of what to expect from 260X card.
My CPU is quite weak, so expect a bit more performance :p
Average FPS (@ res. 1600x900)
COD Advanced Warfare: med settings: 47
COD Ghost : high settings: 55
Battlefield 4:high settings : 48

Battlefield Hardline: med-high mixed: didn't benchmark, but the fps was mostly smooth with very few lags: guess:above 40.
Need For Speed Rivals: High: 27 (the 60 fps hack actually lower the fps rather than increasing it, but that could be due to my old CPU)
Far Cry 4: low-med:47
Mortal Kombat X: 28 (Maybe due to poorly optimised game? )
GTA 5: low-med mixed: 31 (I had to dial down many settings to bring VRAM usage under 2 GB)
