So I am having problems with FPS on Arma 3, the people that i've met on the game and friends have said that Arma 3 is very CPU Intensive, yet i do not have the funds to purchase a better CPU nor am i tech savvy enough to deal with it, and i do not know if my Graphics card is also a part of the problem, and would like some help/advice on it. Here are my Full PC Specs (is that Speculations or Specifics? never figured that one out either heh..)
