Not a great PSU choice, but being new I would not expect it to be giving you trouble right away. Those units typically do not seem to last very long though. I would recommend replacing it with a tier 1 or 2 unit, when possible, if it ends up not being the problem. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

You can use memtest to check that your ram is good. Either the bootable CD, or USB will work. I personally prefer the USB method, as those last longer than a cd.

Kingston SSD's are not known to be good ones either. Does your system freeze up as soon as it boots, or are you able to use it for a little bit? If usable, you can use this to check to make sure that SSD is good. Or if you have access to another PC, and a docking station to put that drive in.

Are you sure all connections are properly in place, and the heatsink is properly installed?
