Does a graphics card using three monitors but non nvidia surrounded use more fps than a single monitor with a signal card? For example i have all three plugged into a nvidia gtx 760 reference model. the current setup is "non" nvidia surrounded. But i have my desktop extended on all three, only one monitor plays the game though. So to repeat will i get better FPS by having one monitor plugged into the card rather then 3?

Yes, obviously removing two monitors from the card's load will lessen the load, however the difference is not noticeable unless the other monitors are being used for graphically intensive applications simultaneously.
