Need Advice for A Couple System CPUS

Alright so I am going to be building a couple of computer systems. I was wondering since they are being build new if DDR4 and skylake would be a better choice than the current DDR3 platform. Any advice is welcome, thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply, budget isn't really a concern however its going to be for two seperate systems, are there any situations when DDR3 is better then DDR4?

I dont think in any situation DDR3 outperforms DDR4 but the difference isn't a major one! So go ahead the buy which you feel like!
