CPU fan error on boot! please help.

hi i decided to give my computer a format and i installed the drivers for my motherboard and gpu drivers. then i restarted the computer and i decided to go into the bios and load factory setting just incase it boots from cd because i set it to boot from cd to install windows. now i restarted my computer and it said that there was CPU fan error please enter bios and restore defaults. now i went into bios and loaded factory setting i even tried reseting cmos. and i even tried using a different cpu fan pin connector on my motherboard. im using a corsair h100i gtx water cooler and it was working fine. so i didn't change anything and the problem happened please help me.

it just it strange because it was working fine and all of a sudden it decided not to work. i guess i will try that. thanks

first i set it to 200 and it did not work. then i set it to ignore and i got the computer to boot to windows , thank you. just one question now that it is set to ignore is there anything i should know, or is it fine set like that, thank you.
