Dual Channel motherboad stuck on single channel

i have a Gigabyte F2A85X-Up4 Motherboard and installed 4 Anarchy Memory's 4gig all the same hoping to get 16gig but no matter what i did changing it to ddr3_1 and ddr3_3 or vice versa i could not get dual Channel.......when i started off with just 8 gigs i placed it on DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 and left it like that intill i got my new memory's.....did i do something to the motherboard for it never to change to dual channel memory am i doing something wrong....i already updated my bios

What CPU cooler, if a third party cooler, it may be too tight in a corner or side throwing the CPU out of level and in effect 'losing' a memory channel, can try loosening, then snug down screw tight....If no joy there would check for bent/broken pins

i found a pin missing on my cpu on the top right corner im guessing that the problem no worries ill just get the newer a10 i was gonna upgrade sonner or later
