I would just like to clarify before I post this, the motherboard I am replacing in my computer is going to be the exact same motherboard, same model same brand all that good stuff, on top of the motherboard I'm upgrading the PSU and using a different graphics card, do I need to reinstall windows 7 and then upgrade to Windows 10 again (that would be a huge pain) or can I simply replace the mobo and PSU and get away with it?

Solution
After a motherboard swap, a clean install is always recommended, often required.
There is no 100% either way.

Exact same motherboard leans to 99% success. Except for the possible activation issues.

There is no definitive way to say you don't need to. You have a good probability of not having any issues, but that new motherboard will have a new serial number and new MAC address. Windows could claim to be unregistered. Any time you swap motherboards it is safest to do a clean OS install.
